  1. Meeting the soft skills and financial skills training needs of individuals by way of skill assessment and goal based training;
  2. Retaining new and current learners through level based training;
  3. Adjusting our training courses as required according to clear outcomes and objectives;
  4. Assessing learners prior to training and reassess students after completion of the training to record improvements;
  5. Providing access to training online;
  6. Providing specialised consultancy services designed to optimize company processes;
  7. Developing our own staff by way of skills development programs and continual assessments of skills levels;
  8. Maintaining financial balance by providing excellent value to our customers and a fair return to our shareholders.

  • Domestic Services NQF LEVEL 1
  • new Venture Creation(SMME) NQF LEVEL 2
  • New Venture Creation NQF LEVEL 2
  • End User Computing (Completed entirely online) NQF Level 3
  • Business Administration NQF Level 3
  • Business Administration NQF Level 4
  • Generic Management NQF Level 5
  • Information Technology: Systems Support NQF Level 5
  • IT: Business Analysis NQF Level 6 Automotive Sales and Support Service NQF Level 4

Closing Date

Each person will be enrolled as soon as their learnership agreement is registered with SETA. There is thus no closing date. We will start new sessions each month.

Entry Requirements

The minimum requirement for most courses is a matric certificate with English and Mathematics. Some management courses might require previous working experience.

 

Learnership Application

 

Please note: SpecCon Holdings will never charge a fee for a learnership application.

The steps you need to know off:

Step 1: Complete the information accurately. Especially your email address.

Step 2: You will receive an email to confirm your email address. Check your spam folder if you do not receive it within seconds.

Click on the confirmation button.

Step 3: You will receive another email, click on the button to be taken directly to the Assessments page.

You don’t need to type in the username and password to access the assessments.

Step 4: Complete the required Assessments.

You need to score 70% on all the required assessments to continue to the next stage.

Step 5: When successful, upload the requested documentation. You have seven days to finish the uploads.

Step 6: Your documents will be evaluated by a human and if approved you be requested to book an appointment online.

Step 7: Attend the appointment and answer the questions truthfully.

Step 8: If successful, you will be shortlisted. We choose candidates from the shortlist.

Step 9: Signing the Learnership Agreement when approved by the Client.
