We are looking for a Dairy Dasher to join our team!
As a Dairy Dasher, you need to make sure that a store’s shelves are filled with the right products, they look good, and they’re priced correctly to attract customers and boost sales. Think of it as making the store look nice and helping products sell better.
This position requires you to work between multiple stores within a specific area.
What you’ll do
This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work.
- Count and manage stock levels, including handling returns.
- Monitor and manage sales targets, and provide feedback on store-specific issues.
- Check and report pricing discrepancies and confirm pricing according to the cycle deal sheet.
- Implement and communicate sales promotions, product changes, and new products.
- Restock and rotate products, ensuring all items are displayed correctly.
- Optimize stock levels, address quality issues, and keep display areas clean.
- Implement cross-merchandising opportunities and ensure correct price labeling.
- Report and follow up on out-of-stock items and implement planograms.
- Apply point of purchase drivers and negotiate space based on sales rates.
- Report on competitor activities and maintain personal and store records.
- Compile service level, weekly feedback, and promotional reports.
- Handle returns and complete necessary documentation.
- Address customer complaints, queries, and requests promptly.
- Maintain product knowledge to advise customers and build strong relationships.
- Communicate problems and suggest solutions, and keep store managers informed.
- Maintain a professional appearance, ensure uniform is clean, and display a friendly disposition.
- Provide exceptional customer service and relevant trade information.

- Previous merchandising experience or in a similar field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work with different teams
