Ensure compliance with KFC’s standards, brand guidelines, and legal requirements.

Restaurant General Manager (RGM)

Position Overview:

As a Restaurant General Manager at KFC, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of the restaurant. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, achieve sales and profitability targets, and maintain a positive work environment for the restaurant team. You will lead a team of employees and actively engage in driving business growth and maintaining KFC’s brand standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and financial management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Be willing and ready to work hours standing

Non- negotiable requirements:

You must be between the ages of 18 and 27

6 months working exp essential

Grade 12/Matric with Maths Literacy essential

Strong command of English language essential
