Requirements
- Matric
- Experience: Shop Assistant, Retail Salesperson
- English
- Minimum 1 years’ retail experience
- Retail administration disciplines
- Product knowledge
- Sales knowledge and selling skills
- Knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures pertaining to the cash desk, stockroom, admin and all other relevant policies
- Numerical ability
- Meeting Deadlines
- Good attention to Detail
- Great planning & organizational skills

Responsibilities
- Perform cash desk function
- Cash control and banking processes are followed daily
- Manual transactions accurately recorded
- Weekly stock counts are conducted accurately
- Following up on customer orders
- Keeping the store room department in good condition
- Following the stock management process everyday
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Ensure you have good product knowledge
