Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to give customer a great shopping experience
    – Assist shoppers to find the goods and products that they are looking for
    – Attend to customer queries / complaints

 

  •  Cashier duties
    – Process cash and card payments
    – Process Lay Bys
    – Process customer refunds
    – Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor
    – Till balancing

 

  • Merchandising
    – Ensure that stock is correctly priced and displayed
    – Ensure product availability of the sales floor
    – Housekeeping
    – Keeping up to date with promotions

 

  • Risk
    – Ensure that products are tagged in line with the company policy
    – Participating in stock takes
    – Be on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent activities and report any suspicious behaviour to Management

We’re on the hunt for a Traffic Coordinator to support our Digital Marketing Team! Under the leadership of the Content Manager, this role will be responsible to track the Content Plan aspects for the Content Manager to execute the Content Plan.

We’re a fully in-office team.

Key responsibilities:

1. Content Plan Tracking

  • Construct the tracking documents and ensure that all elements of the Content Plan from the Content Manager (with input from the digital channel managers) are incorporated in the tracking document(s)
  • Balance the providers of the assets with the Content Manager – which agency does what – where visuals and content is expected from
  • Assign timelines to each element

 

2. Briefs

  • Get all the briefs from the Content Manager and/or digital channel managers
  • File/system input of briefs
  • Ensure all briefs are communicated on-time and in-full to all providers

 

3. Communication & tracking

  • Regular communication and follow-up of the briefs to manage on-time delivery
  • Update system to have up-to-date information about all content pieces
  • Highlight any obstacles or challenges hindering the execution of the plan to the Content Manager

 

4. Reporting & invoicing

  • Regular reporting to the team within the set meeting structures of the team and in the set format (like status stand-ups and reporting documents)
  • Receive & check invoices from agencies, track against budget, note in register and input for payment

Experience required:

  • 0-2 years’ experience in traffic / project management in agency / creative / retail environment
  • Experience in working with a traffic management scheduling and planning system
  • Experience in online commerce and/or digital environment
  • Experience gained in a retail / advertising environment
